As a project construction management mode, BT (building and transfer) mode is gradually introduced into the construction of public infrastructure projects of highway, urban bridges and etc. The construction of the public infrastructure, as the city carrier and the important condition of social economic growth, will directly influence the development of the society. The article elementarily analyzes the application of BT mode in urban bridge projects, which can be referred for the similar projects.
