摘要
珠江三角洲城际快速轨道交通广州至佛山段项目是我国第一条城际轨道项目,线路横跨广州、佛山两市,其中桂城站-南桂路站盾构区间采用日本三菱重工的泥水平衡式盾构机,其选型是根据地层选择匹配,但地质因为突变也可能使盾构机无法适应,此区间硅化构造角砾岩给泥水平衡盾构机造成困扰。该文介绍了采取诸如补充地质勘探、竖井取砾、改进质构设备等技术措施予以补救,从而使该项工程施工顺利进行,并取得较好的经济效益。
Zhujiang Delta Intercity Rapid Rail Transit Guangzhou-Foshan Project is the first intercity rail transit project in China to cross two cities of Guangzhou and Foshan, in which the slurry balanced shield machine made in Japan Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is used in the area of Guicheng Station-Nangui Road Station. Its type is selected to match on the stratum, but the geology maybe also makes the shield machine hard to adapt because of its sudden change where the silieified tectonic breccia perplexes the slurry balanced shield machine.
