大口径PCCP管在台山核电输水工程中的应用

Application of Large-diameter PCCP Pipe in Taishan Nuclear Power Station Water Conveyance Project

预应力钢筒混凝土管(简称PCCP)具有大口径、高工压特点,同时具有钢管的良好抗拉、抗渗性能和混凝土管的良好抗压、耐腐蚀等诸多优点,目前在各类工程中已得到广泛应用,并取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。该文以台山核电淡水水源工程为例,就大口径PCCP管在大型输水工程中的应用情况及其施工方法作一些介绍和总结,以供同行参考。

The pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) has many characteristics and advantages of the large diameter, high hydraulic pressure, good tensile and impermeability performances of steel pipe, and good anti-pressure and anti-corrosion performances of concrete pipe. PCCP has been widely applied in various projects now, and the social benefit and the economical benefit are well achieved. As an example of Taishan Nuelear Power Station Freshwater Source Project, the article introduces and sums up its application and its construction method in the large-sized water conveyance projects able to be referred for the similar projects.
