摘要
作为全球知名的食品、日化品集团,联合利华公司非常注重在华专利布局。自1998年向国家知识产权局提交第一件专利申请以来,14年间联合利华公司累计在华申请了1500余件专利,其中绝大部分为PCT申请,在食品、日化品领域的专利布局态势端倪可现。联合利华的上述技术研发及相关专利的布局态势为国内食品、日化品企业的生存发展提供了可借鉴的榜样。
Unilever is one of the world＇s largest food and cleaning company. Unilever has filed over 1500 patent applications since China enacted the first patent law in 1985 and most of those applications are PCT applications. Food and cleaning safety is closely related to people＇s lives and health. Unilever does a lot of work in tbod and cleaning products technology research and patent layout and sets an example to China＇s food and cleaning companies.
