医学本科生的创新能力培养是现代医学教育的重要内容和主要研究课题，胡锦涛主席在清华大学百年校庆的讲话中对我国大医学生创新能力的培养提出了更加明确的要求。本文结合辽宁医学院的创新教育实践，从创新机制、创新氛围和理论、实验、床边等教学环节人手，探讨了医学本科生创新能力培养的问题，对创新教育具有重要的意义。

The training of the medical undergraduate＇ s innovation ability is the important content and main research subject of the modem medical education. President HU Jin-tao clearly states that we should further cultivate the undergraduate＇ s innovation ability in his statement of Tsinghua University＇ s lO0-anniversary. The paper discussed how to train innovation ability in the mechanism and environment of innovation and in the theory, experiment and bed-side teaching on our teaching practice for many years.
