摘要
本文论述了皖南医学院不断加强教学督导制度、督导队伍建设,改进督导机制,通过多样化的督导方式,进行教学全过程督导的情况。通过这些改进,学校实现了督导团队的专业化、体系的立体化、运行的常态化、评价的多元化,充分发挥了督导在学校教学质量保障中的作用,督导实效不断提高。
In this paper, it was described about intensifying the regular supervision performance, construction of the team of experts and systems adaptive to real conditions, and diversified patterns of supervision and instructions over the entire teaching procedures in Wannan Medical College. Through this improving, a professional supervision team, a system associated with multiple aspects, regular arrangement and performance of the supervision, and evaluation of the teaching activities bad been realized. These measures are very important to ensure the teaching quality and teaching management.
