护理专业（精神护理方向）课程设置探析

Exploring of curricula in psychiatric nursing professional orientation

随着社会的迅速发展，人们承受的各种压力日趋增加，各类精神障碍性疾病在我国十大疾病中占了五位，精神科护士的工作面临着新的挑战。由此，越来越多的护理教育者关注精神科护士的培养，研究护理专业（精神护理方向）课程的设置。本文分析了我国精神病患病的现状，归纳了国内外精神科护士培养的现状，分析了我国现行护理专业（精神护理方向）教育中存在的问题，对教学目标的设定、课程设置的状况进行了综述，指出护理专业（精神护理方向）合理的课程设置和教学内容是现代护理教育者亟待研究解决的课题。

As society is developing rapidly, people live under varies increasing pressures. Half of our country＇s ten major diseases are mental disorders; psychiatric nurses are facing new challenges. Now, more and more nursing educators pay close attention to the cultivation of psychiatric nurses, and study the curricula of psychiatric nursing oriented nursing profession. The state of mental illnesses, the present situations of psychiatric nurses＇ cultivation at home and abroad, the problems in education of psychiatric nursing oriented nursing profession, setting of curricula and teaching goals are discussed in this article. It＇ s critical for the modern nursing educators to explore reasonable curricula and teaching contents in psychiatric nursing oriented nursing profession.
