摘要
随着传统医学模式转向“生物一心理一社会”医学模式,对卫生人才的整体素质尤其是人文素质提出了新的要求。卫生人才不仅要有扎实的医学科学知识和医疗技能,同时还要具有较高的人文素质修养。作为大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,高校辅导员承担着大学生的思想政治教育、素质教育、日常行为管理、就业指导与服务、心理健康教育与咨询、生活辅导等各项工作。作为与医学生接触机会最多、接触面最广、接触最紧密的辅导员,在医学生的人文素质培养中发挥着重要的作用。作为医学生人生的引路人,辅导员在学生心目中有着特殊的地位,辅导员的品德和素质会对学生未来的行医模式产生影响,辅导员的信仰、道德、品质、见解等都会对医学生产生潜移默化的作用。
With the medical model turn to "biology-psychology-society" model, it is stricter for the quality of health personnel, especially the humanistic qualities. Medical education should conform to the requirements of the social development ; enhance the humanities quality of medical students. It is not only study scientific knowledge but also the humanities knowledge the medical students should study. The humanities of medical implies that it is necessary for medical personnel not only the scientific knowledge and medical skills but also the high humanistic quality. As the guide for he healthy development of under- graduate student, college instructors assume the responsibility about the ideological and political education of university students, quality education, daily behavior management, employment guidance and services, mental health education and counseling, life counseling work. College instructors play an important role in the humanities quality education of medical students and have a special status in the mind of medical students. The moral character of instructors will impact on the future practice patterns of students.
