鉴于当代医学生在思想与行为表现上的不足，通过发掘当代医学生理想信念价值观淡薄的历史原因，指出当代医学生树立正确而坚定的理想信念价值观的重要性，分析理想信念价值观与当代医学生思想行为特征上的引领与生成的关系，在反思后，得出构建当代医学生理想信念价值观的对策。

In the view of contemporary medical students＇ shortcomings in thoughts and behaviors, the paper finds out the historical reasons of their values of ideal believes ＇ weakness. It is important for con- temporary medical students to establish correct and firm values of ideal believes. The lead and generation re- lationship of the values of ideal believes and contemporary medical students＇ thoughts and behaviors were analyzed. And after reflecting, it derives the countermeasures of constructing contemporary medical students＇ values of ideal believes.
