摘要
为了建立一套适应临床教学发展与需求,具有科学性、导向性、可操作性的临床教研室本科教学的评估指标体系,首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院在文献研究的基础上,结合上级及本校相关文件规定,初步拟定临床教研室评估指标体系后,应用德尔斐专家咨询法确定各项指标,应用优序图法确定各指标权重,从而建立完整的临床教研室评估指标体系。共有47项指标,其中,一级指标4项、二级指标12项、三级指标31项以及每项指标的权重。临床教研室本科教学评估指标体系的建立,能够有效地规范临床教研室的管理,提高临床教学质量。
In order to establish a highly scientific, guide leading and maneuverability undergraduate teaching assessment item system of staff room in clinic, to suit for the development and re- quirement of clinical teaching, standardizing the management of staff room and improving the quality of clinical teaching, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University started establishing an item system for undergraduate teaching and assessment. On the basis of reference research, combined with the relevant documents, drafting the assessment item system of staff room, determining the items with Delphi method, the weight of each item with precedence chart, so as to establish a complete clinical teaching evaluation item system. There were 47 item remained in the final evaluation item system after two rounds of expert consultation. Among them, 4 first grade item, 12 second grade item,31 third item and the weight of each item.
