塑料机械螺杆混炼(混色)技术的研究

The research on plastic machine screw mixing technology

螺杆是塑料机械机的核心部件之一,螺杆的设计的好坏直接影响到塑料机械的性能,好的螺杆不仅仅具有好的塑化功能,还要求好的混炼(混色)功能。本文先从理论上深入探讨了混合机理,理论分析了工具箱的混色问题,设计出了具有优异混炼(混色)功能的混炼头组件,解决了工具箱的混色问题,理论与实践相结合,深入探讨了螺杆的混炼(混色)技术。

Screw is one of key part for plastic machine, which directly affects its performance. Good screw owns not only good plastication capability, but also good mixing. In this paper, from color mixing problems of toolbox, we discussed mixing principle theoretically deeply. According to mixing principle, we designed a good mixer, which solve the color mixing problems of toolbox. Combining mixing theory and practical problems solved, we deeply researched on screw mixing technology.
