本文从分析技工教育英语课程开发的必要性、技工英语教学所要达到技能要求以及英语课程目标的基本来源入手,阐述技工教育英语课程开发要坚持从技工对英语学习的需求、当代社会生活对英语发展的要求以及英语学科本身发展和变革三个基本维度出发,并遵循技工院校英语课程改革的四个基本环节。

Analyzing the necessity of mechanic education which, the skill requirements which the mechanic English teaching to meet the skill requirements and the basic origin of English curriculum goal, showing that the development of the mechanic English curriculum needs to insist from the study demand of mechanic to the foreign language study , the demaud of social life to English de- velopment and the development and reform of English Curriculum itself, and follows four basic links which the mechanic English cur- riculum develops.
