活性石灰在中碳锰铁生产中的应用 被引量:2

APPLICATION OF ACTIVE LIME IN MID-CARBON FERROMANGANESE PRODUCTION

摘要 阐述了回转窑生产的活性石灰的性能特点及其在中碳锰铁冶炼过程中的作用。活性石灰促进了中碳锰铁冶炼反应的进行,缩短了冶炼时间;通过减少石灰在料批中的配比,降低了渣铁比,提高了锰的回收率,优化了其他技术经济指标。实践结果表明回转窑生产的活性石灰在中碳锰铁冶炼中效果显著,经济效益良好。 This paper related the performance and characteristic of active lime from rotary kiln production and the application of active lime in mid-carbon ferromanganese production, active lime promoted smelting reactive and shorten the smelting time. According to reduce the ratio of lime in charge, reduced slag and iron ratio, improved the recovery of manganese and optimized other technical and economic index. The active lime from rotary kiln production had significant effect in mid-carbon ferromanganese production and bring good economic benefits.
