摘要
阐述了钒渣"两步焙烧工艺"的实验室研究结果,结果表明:影响钒渣氧化的主要因素是钒渣的粒度与金属铁含量:造成焙烧过程中物料粘结的主要原因并不是焙烧物料的全钒含量,其最可能的原因是焙烧物料的正硅酸盐含量。实验考察了钒渣粒度、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、钒渣中金属铁含量及外配V_2O_5对钒渣氧化效果的影响;研究了碱比、钠化时间与温度对氧化料钠化效果的影响。
The results of experimental study on vanadium slag by two-step "roasting process" are summarized. The results show that the major influence factors of vanadium slag oxidation are particle size of vanadium slag and the metallic iron content in vanadium slag; the main reason of material adhesion in roasting is not the total vanadium content of roasting material but the most likely reason is orthosilicate content of roasting material. The effect of the particle size of vanadium slag, the roasting temperature, the roasting time, the metallic iron content in vanadium slag and the adding amount of V205 on oxidation of vanadium slag were studied. The effects of the alkali ratio, the roasting time and the roasting temperature to sodium treatment of vanadium slag oxide were studied.
