摘要
通过对一种新型的45m大跨度钢桁架-混凝土组合楼盖进行缩尺比为1∶9的整体模型试验,检测了该组合楼盖的受力变形性能及钢桁架与混凝土的共同工作情况,进而验证所用计算方法的可靠性;通过实测模型结构的强度、刚度指标,结合理论分析结果揭示实际工程具有足够的安全度。试验结果和理论分析的对比证明了此种大跨度钢桁架-混凝土组合楼盖能够充分发挥钢材受拉和混凝土受压的优点,具有良好的受力性能,特别适用于重荷载、大跨度、小结构高度的楼盖结构。
Through a scaled test(1/9) model on a new type of large spatial composite floor,which is composed of steel truss and concrete floor,the deformation properties and joint working condition were detected.The results show that the calculation method used for such structures is consistent with the real structure.By measuring the strength,stiffness index of the model structure,and then combining theoretical analysis,the results revealed the actual engineering has enough security.Experimental results and theoretical analysis prove that this large spatial composite floor can give full play of steel in tension and concrete in compression,is especially suitable for heavy loads,large span and small structures height floor structure.
