摘要
某"一托四"底框多层砌体商住综合楼底层采用了预应力混凝土框架结构。在分阶段张拉预应力筋的过程中,大梁梁侧出现了"倒八字"形反剪斜裂缝。依据ANSYS有限元软件分析了大梁反剪开裂的原因,介绍了用灌缝胶封闭裂缝、后置钢板箍的大梁裂缝处理及结构加固方法,提出了避免该类裂缝的设计建议和构造措施。
Prestressed concrete girder was used in a general building of one-storey frame bearing four-story masonry.During the process of tensioning prestressed tendons,shearing crack of reverse direction appeared in the side of the prestressed concrete girder.Cracking reason was analyzed by ANSYS software.The method of sealant patching cracks and steel plate hoop to strengthen the cracks was introduced.Recommendation on design and detailing to avoid these shearing cracks were presented.
