摘要
某高层商场经过改造的连廊失火之后完全损坏,需要重新对该连廊恢复和增大面积。经勘察可知,前次改造存在严重的安全隐患,柱节点区附近产生了明显的损伤,柱混凝土徐变造成柱纵向钢筋的严重外鼓,柱延性受到较大影响。通过现场检查和建模计算,对该高层商场连廊进行了二次改造。通过对前次改造中使用的纵向钢筋上焊接角钢的加固方法进行评价和分析,认识到该方法的不足和造成的安全隐患,并给出了二次改造的加固方法。
The original corridor in a high-rise building has been completely damaged after a fire,and a new corridor needs to be reconstructed and the usable floor area can be in creased.There are serious hidden dangers remained from the previous reform through field inspection.Column node neighborhood have significant damage.The reinforcements in the column seriously swelled outside because of concrete creep,which influenced the column ductility.A second reform after the on-site examination and modeling calculation method was proposed.The reinforcing measure of welding steel angle to the rebar was analyzed and the deficiency of this method was well understood.At last,a new column reinforcement method was presented.
