摘要
研究玻璃纤维布(GFRP)增强胶合木质工程材料的基本力学性能。通过试验测试,比较GFRP增强胶合木与普通胶合木的力学性能差异,考察GFRP含量及布置方式对胶合木力学性能的定量影响。结果表明:增加GFRP含量能够有效提高胶合木的静曲强度,合理的GFRP栅格布置能够提高胶合木的胶合剥离破坏强度,GFRP含量及布置方式对胶合木的弹性模量影响很小。最后,建立了考虑GFRP含量及布置方式影响的GFRP增强胶合木的静曲强度数学模型。
The basic mechanic performance of glue laminated lumber(GLL) reinforced with glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP) for structural materials was studied.The differences of mechanic performance of the GLL reinforced with GFRP and the common GLL were compared by the test,and the quantitative influence of reinforcement ratio and arrangement pattern of GFRP on the mechanic performance was investigated.The test results show that the static bending strength of GLL increases with the increasing of GFRP reinforcement ratio,and the reasonable arrangement pattern of GFRP can improve the internal bonding strength of GLL.The influence of reinforcement ratio and arrangement pattern of GFRP on the elastic modulus is relatively small.Finally,a mathematical model of static bending strength for GLL reinforced with GFRP is proposed,which can consider the influence of reinforcement ratio and arrangement pattern of GFRP.
