摘要
介绍了一种钢筋笼吊装方法,采用6个截面位置,8个起吊点,由起重机主、副双吊钩和主、副起吊组件等同时平面起吊,空中回直法进行调整。钢筋笼不需要特殊加固,吊装时钢筋笼不易产生变形,保证施工质量。在施工过程中采取了相应的安全保护措施,保证了施工安全。介绍了钢筋笼吊装过程中的注意事项。实践证明,该技术提高了施工效率,降低了成本。
A method was introduced to lift reinforcement cages. Six cross-sectional positions and eight lifting points were lifted by the main and auxiliary double hooks together with the lifting components simultaneously. Air straightening method was adopted to adjust the reinforcement cage. In this way, the reinforcement cage needs no special strengthening and is resistant to deformations. Safety measures were also adopted to ensure safety construction. Issues that need special attentions were introduced. Engineering practice shows that the method can improve construction efficiency and reduce cost.
