Design of Card Settlement for Bank—hospital Card System of 301 Mode

目的:分流患者缴费、缩短收费处排队时间、方便患者就诊。方法:开发执行地计价收费程序,实现执行地持卡结算。结果:在医嘱执行地可以使用门诊卡、军人保障卡、银行卡完成结算。结论:缓解了患者缴费排队等候时间,具有较强的现实意义。

Objective： To triage patients to pay, shorter queuing time, and facilitate patient treatment. Methods： Developed executive place payment system, provide cardholders settlement functions in clinic. Results： Can use the out-patient card, military security card and bank card to complete the billing medical expenses. Conclusion： To ease the patient＇s waiting time of payment, which has a strong practical significance.
