Current Status and Challenges of Major Public Health Emergency Information Management

我国目前处在突发公共卫生事件的高发阶段,信息化技术可全面满足提升应对突发公共卫生事件的科学决策与管理能力、快速反应与应急能力等。综合分析我国重大突发公共卫生事件应急信息管理现状以及与发达国家的差距等,进一步分析了当前面临主要问题和挑战,包括信息资源的总体规划和利用问题、多源性信息整合技术应用问题、信息综合利用和决策技术应用问题、多样化信息可视化方法集成应用问题等,并对近期需要重点研究和应用的问题提出建议。

China is in the peak of public health emergencies now, and information technology can improve the decision making and management ability, quick response and emergency response ability for public health emergencies. After comprehensively analyzed current status of major public health emergences in China and the distance from developed nations, it further analyzed the main problems and challenges, including overall planning and utilization of information resources, application of multi-source information integration technologies, comprehensive information utilization and decision making technologies, integration and application of visual method for diversified information, etc, and it submitted the problems needing recent key research and application.
