近年来癌症的发病率逐年上升,虽然治愈的可能性有所提高,但是其高致死率依然不容忽视。放疗是治疗癌症的主要手段之一,对于癌症的治疗有着功不可没的作用。目前放疗已经达到了精确定位,精确计划,精确治疗的效果。DIC0MRT,即放疗数据通讯标准,是对DICOM的补充,主要解决不同的放疗设备和放疗系统之间放疗信息的互通,实现放疗数据的传输和共享。DICOM RT包含了七个对象,在放疗计划系统中(TPS)中起着重要的作用。主要针对近几年来DICOM RT在TPS中的应用进行综述。首先,讨论DICOM RT的基本内容;然后,重点论述DICOM RT在TPS中应用,包括基于DICOM RT的放疗信息存储和评估系统、基于DICOM RT的EPR系统、基于DICOM RT的可视化工具的开发和应用;最后,对DICOM RT的发展进行展望。

In recent years the cancer incidence is increasing year by year, although the possibility of cure improving, the high death rate still does not allow to ignore. Radiation therapy for the treatment of cancer is one of the main methods for the treatment of cancer, has made role. At present radiation therapy has reached the accurate location, precise, accurate the effects of the treatment plan. DICOM RT, the radiation data communications standard, is to complement of DICOM and solve~; communication in different radiation equipments and information systems, realizing the radiation data transmission and sharing. DICOM RT contains seven objects, plays a very important role radiotherapy plans system （TPS）. This article aims on DICOM RT application in TPS. First of all, discussed the basic contents of DICOM RT; Then, this paper focuses on DICOM RT application in TPS, including radiation information storage and evaluation system based on DICOM RT, EPR system based on DICOM RT and the development and application of the visual tools based on DICOM RT; Finally the development ofDICOM RT in the future.
