随着医院管理者与医务人员对临床路径认识的加深、医保支付制度的改革以及患者就医观念的转变,临床路径管理将越来越受到人们的关注,必将对我国医院医疗质量的提升和医院医疗资源的有效利用提供新的方向。分析了影响临床路径实施的瓶颈问题,提出了推进临床路径实施的措施。

With the deepening cognition of hospital managers＇ and medical staff＇s, the shift in attitudes of medica treatment in patients will be paid more and more attention, and is bound to the enhancement of the quality of hospita care and hospital care, efficient use of resources to provide a new direction. Problems of the influencing factors of clini- cal pathway implementation are analyzed, and countermeasures of clinical pathway are proposed.
