摘要
目的建立医院处方点评模型,规范医院处方点评行为。方法运用反馈原理、评价理论以及大数法则等理论与方法,通过文献研究、典型案例研究和专家法,构建模型。结果构建了主要包括点评主体、点评客体、点评内容、分析指标和反馈等方面的医院处方点评反馈模型。结论该模型对促进医院处方点评政策与制度的落实,改进处方行为,促进合理用药具有重要意义。
Objective To build a model of comments prescription and regulate hospital's prescribing behavior. Methods Using literature research, the typical case studies and expert based on methods the model was built. Result A hospital prescription comments feedback model on the subject, object, content and analysis of indicators of comments was built. Conclusion which contributed to regulate hospital,s prescription comments behavior and improved the level of ratio- nal drug use.
