摘要
文章研究了医院建设资金在工程建设各个时期的控制现状,着重强调了前期资金控制中可行性研究的重要性,提出了有利于医院建设提高投资效益的控制方法,即优化设计的控制、工程准备阶段的资金控制、工程实施阶段和结算阶段的控制。
Regulation statement of hospital construction funds through the whole engineering construction is dis- cussed. Importance on feasibility study of funds regulation in early stage is focused. And regulation methods benefit for improving investment returns of hospital construction is put forward.
