摘要
采用数据包络分析（DEA）方法，对2005～2010年我国建筑业效率进行评价，指出我国建筑业效率有所下降，其原因主要是建筑企业自身能力跟不上新技术要求、综合能力不足、规模把控能力有限以及行业整体不规范等，建议从规范行业、加大技术创新力度、提升人员素质等方面入手，提升我国建筑业效率。
This paper evaluates the efficiency of Chinese construction industry from 2005 to 2010 using the Date Envelopment Analysis （ DEA ） method, and finds out the decreasing trend in Chinese construction industry. The re- search points out the reasons for the decreasing efficiency are incapability of Chinese construction industry to adapt the technology improvement, weakly comprehensive abilities, clumsiness in scale-control, and irregularities of Chi- nese construction market system. In order to promote efficiency, suggests to regulate market system, strengthen tech- nical innovation and improve the personnel quality.
