摘要
结合近几年云南省农村公路建设项目的造价管理经验和调研中发现的问题,从项目前期准备阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段和竣工验收阶段探讨分析农村公路建设如何开展全过程造价控制与管理,并提出技术对策。
Combining with the experience and problems of cost management of rural road-building in Yunnan province, discusses how to carry out the whole process cost control and management in rural road construction pro- ject from the preparatory phase, design phase, bidding phase, construction phase and final acceptance stage, finally provides some technical countermeasures.
