摘要
以中原油田25万吨/年催化汽油加氢/制氢联合装置及配套工程为实例,从决策、设计、施工、竣工结算等几个阶段对造价精细化管理进行了深入细致的分析,认为通过加强工程全过程造价精细化管理,能够增强全员成本控制意识,主动预测,细化、量化各个管理环节,从而实现工程投资经济效益和社会效益的最大化。
