摘要
高技能人才是推动建筑行业发展的重要力量。在对北京市建筑业高技能人才总量、结构、薪酬待遇和培训情况调研的基础上,分析其存在的问题,并从行业主管部门、企业层面、培训与鉴定机构和社会舆论角度提出相应对策,以期为北京市以及全国建筑业高技能人才队伍的建设提供参考。
Sufficient skilled staffs are important force to promote the development of the construction industry. Bases on the amount, structure, salary, training and appraisal of Beijing sufficient skilled staffs in construction in- dustry, this paper analyzes the situation and problems, and provides some advices from construction industry, firms, training and public opinions to strength the team of sufficient skilled staffs.
