高位悬吊、外剥内扎、消痔灵注射术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效

Clinical Effects of High Suspension, External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation and XiaoZhiLing Injection in the Treatment of Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids

为探讨高位悬吊、外剥内扎、消痔灵注射术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效，回顾分析90例重度混合痔患者资料，其中50例采用高位悬吊、外剥内扎、消痔灵注射术治疗（治疗组），40例采用传统外剥内扎术治疗（对照组），对比分析两组疗效。结果显示，两组治愈率、术后复发率差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但治疗组住院时间、创面愈合时间、痔核脱落时间、术后出血、术后排便情况等方面均优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，高位悬吊、外剥内扎、消痔灵注射术治疗重度混合痔疗效确切，创面愈合快，术后并发症及后遗症少，是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

In order to investigate the clinical effect of high suspension,external dissection ＆ internal liga-tion and XiaoZhiLing injection in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids,author retrospectively ana lysed the data from the 90 patients with this disease,among whom 50 were subjected to above combined therapy（as treatment group） ,rest 40 to routine external dissection ＆ internal ligation（as control group）, and compared analysed their therapeutic effects. As results, in curative rate and postoperative recurrence rate there was no statistical difference between both groups（ P 〉0.05）;but in hospitalization time,healing time for wound-surface, time for hemorrhoid exuviation, postoperative bleeding and defecation, etc, treat- ment group was all superior to control group（ P d0.05）. Results suggest that the combination of high sus-pension,external dissection ＆ internal ligation and XiaoZhiLing injection in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids is of certain therapeutic effect, faster healing of wound-surface, as well as less postoperative complication and sequela,thus it is a safe and effective therapy.
