硫酸吗啡控释片直肠给药联合加味止痛如神汤口服防治肛门病术后疼痛的效果

Morphine Sulfate Controlled-release Tablet Administered in Rectum Combined with Oral Jiawei Zhitong Rush- en Decoction in the Preventing ＆ Treating the Postoperative pain of Patients with Anal Disease

为探讨硫酸吗啡控释片直肠给药联合加味止痛如神汤口服防治肛门病术后疼痛的临床效果，采用此方法对168例肛门病术后患者进行干预（治疗组），并与未用任何药物干预的152例患者（对照组）进行对照观察。结果显示，治疗组显效93例，有效74例，无效1例，总有效率为99．4％（167／168）；对照组显效9例，有效31例，无效112例，总有效率为26．3％（40／152）。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组，P〈0．01。除治疗组个别患者有轻微恶心之外，其他患者均无明显不良反应。结果表明，硫酸吗啡控释片直肠给药联合加味止痛如神汤口服防治肛门病术后疼痛方法简单，疗效确切，且不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of morphine sulfate controlled-release tablet administered in rectum plus oral Jiawei Zhitong Rushen decoetion（a Chinese drug formula） for preventing treating postoperative pain of patients with anal disease. Above combined therapy was used in interven-tion of 168 patients after the operation for anal disease（as treatment group）, which was compared with con-trol group （152 patients） without any intervention with drugs. As results,in treatment group 93 cases had excellent response, 74 were of response, 1 of non-response, and total effective rate was 99.4 % （167/168）, while in control group, 9,31,112, and 26.3 % （40 / 152）, the total effective rate of treatment group was sig-nificantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0.01）;in treatment group except for individual patients having mild nausea there was no significant adverse reaction. Results show that this controlled-release tab-let administered in rectum plus oral Jiawei Zhitong Rushen decoction for preventing ＆ treating postopera-tive pain of patients with anal disease is of simple method, certain curative effect, and less adverse reaction, thus it is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
