无卤阻燃低密度聚乙烯复合材料的流变性能

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备了无卤阻燃低密度聚乙烯(LDPE/FR)复合材料。通过极限氧指数仪和毛细管流变仪等考察了LDPE/FR复合材料的阻燃性能和流变性能。结果表明:随着阻燃剂添加量的增加,LDPE/FR的阻燃性能逐渐提高,当阻燃剂的质量分数为25%时,阻燃体系的极限氧指数达28.3%;LDPE/FR熔体的表观黏度随着阻燃剂添加量的增加以及剪切速率的提升而降低,其非牛顿指数为0.42~0.70,属于典型的假塑性流体。 The low density polyethylene/flame retardant(LDPE/FR) composite was prepared with melt blending process.The flame retardancy and rheological behavior of the composite was studied by means of oxygen index meter and capillary rheometer.The results demonstrate that the flame retardancy of the LDPE/FR composite gradually increases with the FR content.The limited oxygen index of the flame retardant system reaches 28.3% when the FR mass content is 25%.The apparent viscosity of the LDPE/FR melt decreases as the content of FR augments and the shear rate rises.The LDPE/FR composite belongs to the typical pseudo-plastic fluid as classified according to its non-Newtonian index of 0.42-0.70.
