Research progress of organosilyl chromate catalyst for ethylene polymerization

摘要 综述了乙烯聚合用有机硅烷铬酸酯催化剂的结构、制备方法、聚合机理、所制备树脂产品特性以及国内外研究现状,指出了有机硅烷铬酸酯催化剂与钛系催化剂和Phillips型氧化铬催化剂的区别及其独有的特性。建议深入研究有机铬系催化剂的聚合机理、加大研发投入、加快有机铬系新产品的开发。 The authors reviewed the structure,preparation method and polymerization mechanism of organosilyl chromate catalysts for ethylene polymerization and the characteristics of resin products prepared with the catalyst as well as the status quo of studies in this field at home and abroad.The differences between organosilyl chromate catalysts and titanium-based catalysts and Phillips chromium oxide catalysts were discussed and the unique character of the organosilyl chromate catalyst was highlighted.The suggestion put forward in this paper involved: strengthening study on the polymerization mechanism of the organosilyl chromate catalysts,increasing investment in the related research and speeding up development of new products made with the organosilyl chromate catalysts.
