我国微型企业发展状况与扶持政策研究——以内蒙古地区为例

The Study of the Development Status and Supporting Policies on Micro-enterprise——As a Case According to Inner Mongolia

微型企业是我国经济发展的重要推动力和人员就业的主渠道,但发展过程中存在很多亟待解决的问题。由于以往出台的各项中小企业政策更多面对的是一些比较成规模的中小企业,微型企业能够享受的优惠政策较少。本文以内蒙古地区为例,分析该地区微型企业的发展状况及其存在的主要问题,重点研究如何建立健全我国微型企业的专项扶持政策体系。

Micro-enterprises are the essential impetus of economic development and the main channel of employment in china, but there are some problems that need to be solved urgently in the development. There are a few supporting policies which micro-enterprise can enjoy, since the past policies on minor enterprises are for some minor enterprises of the large scale. As a case according to Inner Mongolia, this article will analyse the development status and main problems of micro- enterprise, and study how to establish the special policy system of supporting micro-enterprises in China.
