山西城镇化快速推进背景下新农村建设模式探讨

Research on the Model of New Countryside Building in Shanxi Province with the Background of Rapid Urbanization

本文主要应用SWOT分析法对山西省在城镇化快速推进背景下新农村建设的因素进行了分析,在此基础上提出适合山西省不同地区的新农村建设的五种主要模式,即农村企业化管理模式、企业带村发展模式、中心村管理模式、合作社管理模式和带状联合管理模式。为山西省"十二五"期间在城镇化快速推进背景下建设社会主义新农村提供有效的建设模式。

SWOT method is applied in this paper to analyze the factors influence new countryside building. On this basis, five models for different area in Shanxi Province are proposed, that is, enterprise alike management model, enterprise driv- ing development model, core countryside management model, cooperative association management model and belt union management model. They are expected to provide effective advices for Shanxi Province new socialist countryside building with the background of rapid urbanization in the period of ＂12th Five-year Development Program＂.
