2006～2011年新疆HIV抗体检测实验室质量考核情况分析

Analysis of quality examination on laboratory detection for HIV antibody in Xinjiang,2006-2011

目的了解新疆HIV抗体检测实验室的检测能力和实验室现状,加强新疆艾滋病实验室检测的质量控制和规范化管理。方法向全疆所有HIV抗体检测实验室发放考核样品,在规定时间内提供检测结果。结果 2006～2011年,实验室考核参加率逐年上升,考核总体成绩有所提高,优秀率逐年提高,其中采、供血机构、疾病预防控制机构实验室考核平均成绩均好于医疗机构、妇幼保健机构。结论通过连续6年对新疆HIV抗体检测实验室的考核,新疆HIV实验室检测能力不断提高,为新疆艾滋病的监测、治疗、干预等工作提供了可靠的技术保证,但仍需进一步加强技术培训,提高检测能力。

Objective To understand testing ability and laboratory situation of laboratory detection for HIV antibody in Xinjiang, and strengthen quality control and standardization management of AIDS laboratory in Xinjiang. Methods Test sample were delivered to all HIV antibody detection laboratories, and test results should be provided in a specified period of time. Results The examination rate of laboratory increased year by year and the excellent rate increased year by year, with the examination results improved from 2006 to 2011. The laboratory examination average scores of disease prevention and control institutions, blood collection agencies were better than those of medical institutions, maternal and child health care institutions. Conclusions The examination on HIV antibody detection laboratory for 6 years makes testing ability of HIV laboratory improved continuously in Xinjiang, and provides a reliable technical guarantee for AIDS monitoring, treatment, intervention and other work. But technical training should still be strengthened further to improve the detection ability.
