摘要 介绍并分析了国内外对位芳纶产业化的现状及产品性能的发展趋势。表明作为高性能纤维典型代表的对位芳纶,其需求量和产量都在不断扩大,力学性能继续向着高强度、高模量和高断裂延伸的方向发展;目前对位芳纶(芳酰胺纤维)生产技术和产品市场仍被少数国外大公司垄断;国内企业正处于产业化过程中的关键时刻。本文重点介绍了苏州兆达特纤科技有限公司自主创新实现对位芳纶产业化的情况,指出该公司掌握了在对位芳纶产业化核心技术,其原材料、设备和工艺国产化技术特征明显,完全不同于国内外所有企业,为中国特色对位芳纶产业化腾飞奠定了坚实的技术基础。 The production status and the development trend of para-aramid fiber were briefly introduced.As a model representation of high performance fibers,the demand and the output of the para-aramid fiber keep extending.High tenacity,high modulus,and high breaking elongation are the orientations of its mechanical characters.However,few abroad companies monopolize the manufacture technology and the production market of the para-aramid fiber.It’s the key moment of industrialization of domestic enterprises.Industrialization of paraamide fiber with self-dependent innovation of Suzhou Zhaoda Specialy Fiber Technical Co.,Ltd.is an emphasis in this paper.The company grasps its key technologies.Its raw materials,equipments,and process techniques are completely different from other companies both at home and abroad with own characters.It’s a technical foundation for the take-off of para-amide fiber industry with Chinese characteristics.
