摘要
随着许多高校深化人事分配制度改革步伐的加快 ,新旧体制变革所产生的矛盾正日益显化 ,其中片面理解激励原则进而影响改革进程的现象尤为突出。本文试从激励理论的角度 ,在分析高校人事分配制度改革背景以及所产生激励问题的基础上 。
Along with the deeping reform on personel distribution system in higher education institutions,the contridictions between old and new systems are emerging on the stage.Among which the imcomplete understanding of incentive principal that hinder the process of reform is quite evident.This essay tries to analyse personel distribution reform in higher education institution and relevant problems of stimulation by applying the in centive theory.Consequent policies and advices are propounded in the end.
