中西医结合治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染50例疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Children' Recurrent Respiratory Infection Treated with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的观察桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤与玉屏风散合方加减,结合西医治疗对小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将100例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为对照组50例和治疗组50例。对照组给予常规的抗感染及对症支持治疗,治疗组在西药常规治疗的基础上予以桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤与玉屏风散合方治疗。结果对照组治愈35例,好转5例,无效10例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组治愈43例,好转5例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。治疗组与对照组比较P<0.05。结论中西医结合治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染临床疗效满意。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guizhi plus Longgu Muli decoction and Yupingfeng San combined with western medicine on children＇recurrent respiratory infection. Methods 100 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups. 50 Cases in the control group were treated by anti - infection and 50 cases in the treatment group by Guizhi plus Longgu Muli decoction and Yupingfeng San on the basis of routine western medicine. Results In the treatment group, 43 cases were cured, 5 were markedly effective and 2 unchanged. The total effect of treatment group was 96.00 % and control group 80.00 %, there was significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Qionghua liguantong decoction combined with antiphlogosis and hydrotubation after menstruation can treat fallopian tube obstructive infertility by promoting the blood circulation in pelvic cavity, anti - inflammation and detumescence action. Conclusion Treating children＇ recurrent respiratory infection with combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine may bring about satisfactory effects.
