The Japanese government gave final approval on June 16 for restarting reac- tors 3 and 4 at the Ohi nuclear powerplant in Fukui Prefecture, the country＇s first nuclear reactors to be brought back online since last year＇s earthquake and tsunami led to a nationwide shutdown.
