依达拉奉注射液治疗脑梗死的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察依达拉奉注射液对脑梗死患者的治疗效果。方法:纳入脑梗死患者70例,随机分为对照组和依达拉奉组,各35例。对照组予常规治疗,依达拉奉组在常规治疗的基础上增加依达拉奉注射液治疗,疗程为14d,观察患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及临床疗效,计算显效率和总有效率,并监测两组患者治疗过程中的肝肾功能。结果:治疗后,依达拉奉组的显效率和总有效率分别为48.6%和77.1%,而对照组则分别为28.6%及62.8%;神经功能缺损评分:依达拉奉组明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:依达拉奉注射液治疗脑梗死,可更显著降低神经功能缺损评分。 Objective: To study the effect of edaravone injection on cerebral infarction. Method. Seventy patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and edaravone group. 35 patients are in each group. Patients in control group were given conventional treatment and in edaravone group edaravone injec- tion was used for 14 days in addition to conventional treatment. Neurological deficit scores and clinical efficacy before and after the treatment are observed. The rate of effectiveness and rate of efficiency was calculated. Liver and kidney function was monitored during the treatment. Results: The rate of effectiveness and rate of efficiency were 48.6% and 77.1% respectively in edaravone group and 28.6% and 62.8% respectively in control group. Neurological deficit score in edaravone group was significantly lower than that in control group ( P 〈0.05). Conclusions: Edaravone injection can reduce the neurological deficit score in patients with cerebral infarction.
