浅谈全子宫切除术后的护理体会

An Analysis of Nursing Experience of Post-total hysterectomy

目的:总结全子宫切除术后的护理要点,提高护理质量。方法:患者全子宫切除术后,病房护士从各个方面给予患者护理及健康宣教。结果:通过本科室护士对患者的护理及健康教育,降低或没有术后并发症(术后1个月内重要的并发症:包括术后病死率,阴道残端出血,术后腹壁切口感染,泌尿系感染,尿潴留,术后阴道出血等)。结论:有效提高了手术的成功率,增进护患关系。

Objective： Summarize the key points of our nursing experience of post-total hysterectomy to improve nursing quality. Method. The nurses in the sufferersj wards give nursing care to them in different ways and help them to understand the importance of being healthy by propaganda and educating. Results： Thanks to all the nurses careful nursing work, our propaganda and education for the sufferers in our department, there＇s no or at least fewer post-operation complicating diseases （common post-operation complicating diseases including post- operation morbidity rate, vaginal residual end bleeding, abdominal wall and incision infection, urinary infection, retention of urine, postoperative vaginal bleeding, etc.） Conclusion： and all the sufferers left our hospital after they were cured, which leads to the increase of the chances of the operation success and the improvement of the relationship between nurses and patients.
