Perioperative Nursing of Transurethral plasmakinetic In patients Undergoing Transurethral Bipolar Vaporization of Prostate

目的:探讨经尿道等离子前列腺双极汽化电切术患者的围手术期护理要点。方法:对1500例合并老年病的患者进行精心护理,包括术前准备、心理护理、术后一般护理、饮食护理、管道护理、并发症的观察和出院指导。结果:通过积极护理,患者情绪稳定,手术顺利,并发症少。结论:用汽化电切治疗前列腺增生较为安全有效,专业的围手术期护理使患者从身心两方面顺利度过手术关,减少并发症,提高了生活质量。

Objective：to explore the perioperative nursing guidelines of transurethral plasmakinetic in patients undergoing transurethral bipolar vaporization of prostate. Method： 1500 patients combined with senile diseases were given careful nursing, Preoperative preparation, psychological nursing, postoperative nursing, diet nursing, Pipeline care, complication observation and discharge guidance. Result： through positive nurisng, the patientse- motions are stable, the surgeries are successful with few complications. Conclusion： TUEVAP is safe and effective in treating prostatoplasia. Professional perioperative nursing can help patients smoothly undergo surgery physical- ly and mentally, reduce complications and improve living quality.
