经泌尿外科腹腔镜手术42例的护理分析

Urology laparoscopic surgery carewith 42 patients with clinical analysis

目的:总结泌尿外科腹腔镜手术围手术期的护理经验。方法:回顾性分析我科经腹腔镜手术治疗42例患者的临床资料和护理体会。结果:本组42例患者经过医护人员的紧密配合,恢复情况良好,全部治愈康复出院。结论:腹腔镜手术是目前泌尿外科较先进的微创手术,在泌尿外科领域的应用日趋广泛,加强手术前、后的护理可帮助病人平稳度过手术期,减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective：To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of urological laparoscopic surgery. Methods：42 cases of patients performing laparoscopic operation were analysed retrospectively. Results：All patients have been cured under the closely care of health staff. Conclusion：Laparoscopic surgery is an advanced minimally surgery, and it is widely used in Urological Intensive nursing in postoperation may be helpful for patients to pass through the ooeration smoothly and decrease complications after operation.
