Medical College Graduates Employment Situation Analysis and Countermeasures under the Condition of Medical Reform

随着高校招生规模的扩大,就业问题已成为社会关注的民生问题。医学专业由于专业性强、岗位有限等原因,就业形势十分严峻。2008年以来国家正积极进行新一轮医疗卫生改革,这将会给医学生的就业局面改善带来新的机遇。该文结合新医改的内容,对如何提高医学生的就业率进行了探讨。

Along with continuous expanding of college admission, college students＂ employment has been concerned by people as a livelihood issues. Because of the professionalism of medicine and limited medical jobs, the em- ployment situation is becoming more severe. In recent years, the government is actively engaged in a new round of medical reform. The reform is bound to bring new opportunities for the employment situation of the medical graduates.On the basis of new medical reform, this paper explored how to increase employment rate of medical graduates.
