探讨"快乐教学"问题,教师如何才能体现出"快乐教",培养学生"快乐学"?该文结合中职卫校多年妇产科教学的实践,总结了如何"勤修内功","有的放矢"、"狠抓技巧"的教学方法,达到实现教师"快乐教学"的目的,培养学生乐学精神,提高教学质量,更充分实现教师的人生价值。

This paper is to discuss happy teaching. In intermediate vocational schools, teachers should have feel at ease in education and happy In teaching. Then, how can the teachers undergo happy teaching, and culti- vate students in happy learning？ Based on years of teaching practice in gynaecology and obstetrics in intermedi- ate vocational school, this paper summarizes how to achieve happy teaching by the teaching method of fostering inner strength and mastering teachnique, in order to train students the willingness to learn happily, improve com- prehensive qualities of the teachers, and give full play to the teachers value of life.
