聋儿与听力正常儿童智力测验的比较研究 被引量:14

Comparative Study on Intelligence Test of Deaf Children and Hearing Children

摘要 本研究运用H -NTLA量表对 3 -5岁的聋儿与听力正常儿童的智力状况进行了测验比较 ,研究结果表明 :学前阶段的聋儿比听力正常儿童智商略低 ,两者无显著差异。但随着年龄增长 ,差距逐渐增大。在智力结构方面 ,与听力正常儿童相比 ,聋儿手眼协调、知觉辨别、空间和知觉等能力方面发展较好 ,两者无显著差异 ;而记忆力和抽象思维能力较弱 ,两者差异较显著。提示教师和家长要对聋儿进行早期教育和后续发展教育。 By testing and comparing the intelligence status between deaf children and hearing ones aging between 3 and 5 years with H-NTLA measurement table,our study shows:compared with the haearing children in preschool age,the intelligence quotient of the deaf ones in the same age period is a little lower,but the difference in IQ between the two groups is not obvious in the term of statistics.But the difference grows higger with age growth.In intelligence structure,the development of the deaf children's ability in coordinating hands and eyes,perception distinguishing,space perception is rather good.The difference between the two test groups is not obvious in this meaning.But the deaf children's ability in memory and abstract thought is rather inferior to the hearing ones,the difference between the two groups in this term is rather evident.Considering the characteristics of deaf children's intelligence development,it's especially necessary to educate the deaf children at early age and have them to receive education continuously.
