介绍一种矫治因唇习惯所致安氏Ⅱ^(1S)错的方法

Introduction to the orthodontic treatment of ClassⅡ Division 1 Malocclusion caused by Labial habit

目的:介绍一种矫治因咬下唇习惯所致安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形的方法,并评价其疗效。方法:选取7例替牙期因咬下唇习惯所致的安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者,应用本方法进行治疗,对治疗前后X线头颅侧位片进行测量分析比较。结果:治疗后磨牙达中性关系,咬下唇习惯破除,SNB平均增大3.27°,ANB减小3.00°,U1-SN减小4.56°,侧貌协调。结论:该矫治器作用于双颌,对上颌产生远中向作用力,打开咬合迅速,破除咬下唇习惯,协调上下颌功能,治疗积极主动。

Objective： To introduce an orthodonhc treatment oi Glass Ⅱ Division I Malocclusion causeci by Labial habit, and evaluate its curative effect. Method ： 7 patients in mixed dentition period were selected, they had Class Ⅱ Division 1 malocclusion that caused by Labial habit. These patients were treated by our method, then we analysis the lateral cephalometric radiographs pre and post treatment. Results： All the 7 cases were ap- proving the class I dorsal teeth relationship, the habit of biting lower lip was broken. The average increase of SNB is 3.27°, the average decrease of ANB is 3.00°, the average decrease of U1-SN is 4.56°, the profile become harmonious. Conclusion： This appliance acted on bimaxillary had an acting force on maxillary toward distal, then rapidly opened occlusion, and broken the habit of biting lower lip, it also coordinated the function of maxillary and mandible.
