口服避孕药致下肢深静脉血栓2例 被引量：1

摘要 复方口服避孕药（oralcontraceptives，OC）是雌激素和孕激素合剂，除避孕外，还具有调节月经周期，降低卵巢癌与子宫内膜癌发病率等一系列作用。20世纪60年代早期，数例服用OC的妇女发生血栓栓塞的病例报告，使OC与发生血栓栓塞的关系引起广泛注意并进行研究。
