Lenstar LS 900与角膜超声测厚仪测量角膜中央厚度的对比观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较lenstar LS 900与角膜超声测厚仪测量人中央角膜厚度(CCT)的差异,为临床检查提供参考。方法选取屈光手术者26例(52只眼),分别用lenstar LS 900和角膜超声测厚仪测量双眼CCT,两种仪器均测量3次或以上,取其平均值,对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果 52只眼CCT测量结果:lenstar LS 900为(538.27±40.38)μm,A超为(534.15±41.12)μm。两种测量方法结果差异有统计学意义(t=2.9643,P<0.005)。但测量结果高度相关(r=0.970),前者所测CCT较后者厚(4.11±10.11)μm。结论 lenstar LS 900与角膜超声测厚仪对CCT的测量结果呈较高的相关性,两种仪器具有较高的测量准确性,lenstar LS 900可以作为角膜厚度的测量工具之一。 Objective To compare two method to measure central corneal thickness and to provide a reference for clinical examination. Methods Measure central corneal thickness of 26 patients ( 52 eyes ) before the refractive operation respectively with lenstar LS 900 and A ultrasound pathymetry. Two instnunents were measured for 3 times or more, take the average value, the data obtained were statistically analyzed. Results Central corneal thickness value:LS 900 (538.27 ± 40.38) μm,A ultrasonic (534. 15 ± 41.12) μm. Two methods for measuring result difference has statistics significance ( t = 2. 9643, P 〈 0. 005 ). But the measurement results were highly correlated ( r = 0.970 ). The former is ( 4. 11 ± 10. 11 ) μm thicker than the latter. Conclusion Lenstar LS 900 and A ultrasound pathymetry showed a high correlation. Both of the instruments have high measuring accuracy. Lenstar 900 can be used as a tool of measuring corneal thickness.
